機票預訂條款
機票訂購細則及責任問題
訂購機票:
1. 訂購機票時,乘客需提供護照上之正確英文全名及國籍。
2.如欲知悉所訂之機票可否換取飛行里數,請向有關飛行里數會查詢。
旅遊證件有效期/簽證申請條款:
1. 各類經由本公司代辦申請之簽証,如被有關領事館拒絕簽發,本公司概不負責,所繳之簽証及手續費用概不發還。
2. 出發前請檢查旅遊證件是否持有至少六個月或以上之有效性的護照及可能所需要之有效旅遊簽證。
3. 如乘客持有有效之過境/入境簽証及旅遊証件,仍被拒准出境/入境,概與本公司無涉,乘客需自行承擔所有額外支出(如食宿、交通及其他一切有關費用)。
4. 有關其他國家之簽証須知,可向領事館查詢。
其他 :
1. 如遇本公司所不能控制之特殊情況(如交通延誤、天災、戰爭、政變、天氣惡劣、颱風影響、証件遺失、罷工等)所引致之額外支出或損失,概與本公司無涉,乘客不得藉詞要求退款或作任何補償。
2. 乘客須按個別航空公司要求,自行於離境前72 小時確實機位,航班/機位如有任何變更,概與本公司無關。
3. 旅客應在出發前至少2.5小時到達機場。登機櫃檯將於起飛前60分鐘關閉。
4. 所有已確認的預訂不能取消、更改或退款,乘客則必須接受按原定日期/航班出發及不得藉詞要求退款或作任何補償。以上機票限制,一切以航空公司最終決定為準,請與本公司職員查詢。
5. 所有航空公司特約代理產品及機票產品之條款及細則,均以有關航空公司最後公佈為準。
6. 乘客須遵守各國政府之條例,嚴禁攜帶違禁品。
7. 上述細則及責任問題以香港法律為依據,所有對本公司之索償亦必須在香港辦理;而本公司所負之責任不超過訂購者繳交予本社之費用總額。
8. 本公司不會對因乘客不遵守有關航空公司之條款規定而引致的任何損失或費用負上法律責任。
9. 所有機票票價及條款細則只供參考;如有任何更改將不另行通知。

酒店預訂條款
1. 請在預訂本網站之前仔細閱讀所有條款和條件。
2. 本網站的酒店資訊(包括酒店圖片、設施、星級等等...)皆由酒店或酒店供應商提供,所有資料只供參考。本網站不個別核對有關信息的準確性及完整性。
3. 付款前各乘客有責任確保全部提交的訂單資料正確無誤(包括並不限於入住/退房日期、乘客姓名等等)。星晨旅遊將會處理您預訂中提供的信息,並且不會對付款後在您的預訂中發生的任何錯誤負責。
4. 所有特別要求,一切以酒店最終安排為準。
5. 如果您訪問我們的網站或在我們的網站上啟動交易,您將被視為已閱讀,理解並同意這些條款和條件。
6. 所有票價和條件如有更改,恕不另行通知,並且必要時星晨旅遊保留最終安排。
7. 您同意承擔任何因任何原因而沒有使用之預訂產品或服務所產生的預訂、取消和管理費。
8. 所有預訂的最終確認均需經酒店確認。 對於那些不成功的預訂,我們將全額退還給買家,不收任何費用。
 
Terms of Flight Booking
General Rules
Terms, Conditions and Liabilities for Air Tickets Bookings
Air Tickets Bookings:
1.When ordering air ticket , passengers must provide correct English full name and nationality as shown in the travel document.
Visa :
1. All kind of visa that make through by our company, it's not our responsibility if rejected by the consulate that all visa & handling fee is non-refundable.
2. Please make sure your travel document has at least 6 months validity and you have a valid travel visa before departure.
3. It's not our responsibility if passengers are holding valid travel document & visa but rejected by immigrations. Passengers should paid all extra expenses such as accommodations, transportations or other related fees.
4. Please refer to CONSULATE for more details of other country's visa matters.
Others :
1. For the non-voluntary conditions (such as flight delay, natural disasters, war, political unstable, deteriorated weather, travel document lost, strike, typhoons etc) that induce the extra expenses or loss, it’s not our responsibility and passenger cannot as excuse to request refund or any compensations.
2. As per the request of airlines, passenger must re-confirm its air ticket before 72 hours of departure. We will not take any responsibility if the flight or air tickets have any changes.
3. Passenger should arrive at the airport at least 2.5 hours before departure. Check-in counters will be closed at 60 minutes before departure.
4. No cancellation / amend / refund after ticket issued, passenger should according to the original return date if it cannot fulfill passenger's volition, passenger cannot as excuse to request refund or any compensation.
5. The terms and conditions for all air ticket must according to the final version of the Airlines.
6. Passengers should observe the ordinance of all country, contraband goods prohibited.
7. The above terms, condition & liabilities is accordance with Hong Kong law. All compensations must transact in Hong Kong. Our company’s liabilities should not excess the total amount of the passengers travel fee.
8. Our Company will not be liable to passenger for any loss or expense incurred due to your failure to comply with the individual airline's rules and regulations.
9. All fares and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Fares and conditions are supplied only for the purpose of your easy reference and will not be guaranteed unless ticketed.
 
Cancellation/ No Show Policy of Hotel Booking
1. Please note NO cancellation/amendment/refund after booking confirmed.
Terms of Hotel Booking
1. Please read all the terms & conditions carefully before booking on this site.
2. The hotel information on this site (including hotel pictures, facilities, stars, etc...) is provided by the hotel or hotel supplier. All information is for reference only. This site does not individually verify the accuracy and completeness of the information.
3. Each passenger is responsible for checking that all information in the booking is accurate (including but not limited to check in/out dates, name of passenger, etc.) before proceeding to payment. Morning Star Travel will proceed with the information provided in your booking and shall not be responsible for any error(s) made in your booking after payment.
4. All special requests are subject to the hotel's final arrangements.
5. If you are accessing our site or initiating transactions on our site, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
6. All fares and conditions are subject to change without prior notice and Morning Star Travel reserves all right the final arrangement whenever necessary.
7. You agree to bear the full cost of any booking, cancellation and administration fees for any products or services booked but not utilized for any reason.
8. The final confirmation of all bookings are subject to hotel confirmation. For those unsuccessful bookings, we will refund full amount to buyer without any charges.
